Masseria Belvedere is a historic estate brought back to life through a careful and respectful restoration. Nestled in the Apulian countryside, the property is divided into two wings—the original masseria and a former stable—arranged in an L-shape around a central walled garden. High vaulted ceilings, stone walls in warm tones, and contemporary design elements create an atmosphere of charm and comfort throughout.

The converted stables now host the social heart of the masseria. A long, open-plan layout includes a dining area with a table for 16, a cozy lounge with sofas and TV, and a guest bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen features bespoke cabinetry, golden stone walls, and direct access to the outdoor terraces—perfect for convivial meals and gatherings.
Nine bedrooms designed for rest and beauty
The masseria houses nine bedrooms across two floors, each with its own identity and thoughtful design. Six rooms are located on the ground floor, with direct access to the garden or views of the countryside and sea. Features include vaulted ceilings, original stone details, sunken bathtubs, hammam showers, and four-poster beds. On the upper floor, two more rooms are flanked by reception areas and open onto a panoramic terrace, completing the sleeping quarters with elegance and privacy.
